Neotech USA offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
All returns must be pre-approved. Items sent without RMA will be refused and returned at sender's expense.

Provide information: Order number, product details, reason for return, and photos of product in original packaging
Await approval: We will review and respond within 3-5 business days
Receive RMA: If approved, we will provide RMA number and return instructions
Ship product: Send to provided address with RMA number clearly marked on package
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Item must be in the same condition as received
Unworn, unused, with all original tags attached
In original packaging (undamaged)
Receipt or proof of purchase required
The following items cannot be returned:
Products that have been installed, mounted, or used in any way
Items showing signs of installation attempts (scratches, marks, attempted fitting)
Items without original packaging or with damaged packaging
Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper storage
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care goods (beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items or gift cards
Items without prior RMA approval
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
Returns for "change of mind" or incorrectly ordered parts by the customer are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and inventory management.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us at global@neosus.co.kr right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Neotech USA provides a limited warranty for products found to be defective in material or workmanship within 60 days after purchase.
Customer must obtain RMA from Neotech USA before returning any product
Customer bears all shipping costs, insurance, and risk of loss for returns
Products must be returned in original packaging with all components
Neotech USA reserves the right to inspect and determine defect validity
Decision regarding defect and remedy is at Neotech USA's sole discretion
This warranty does not cover failures caused by:
Accident, improper use, or misuse
Alteration, tampering, or modification
Excessive use or abuse
The sole remedy is replacement of defective product or part. Neotech USA shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, vehicle damage, loss of use, downtime, or any other commercial losses.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding original shipping charges and applicable restocking fees.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at global@neosus.co.kr.
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your current item (once the return is accepted), and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. The item must meet the same eligibility requirements listed in Section 1.3.
