If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Report damage or shortage within 48 hours with photos
File claims directly with carrier for lost or damaged shipments
Monitor tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive delivery
